oasis of calm

helpful phone comfortable room attentive service

the team gave us a phone with data it was very helpful for getting around. the rooms were a great size with comfortable amenities. breakfast.

loud music played in the evenings i had to ask staff to turn it down twice. the pool downstairs was in the cool and shadow and could not be used. the pool upstairs had no shade i could use.

the suite offered adequate space and a comfortable setup. the bathroom featured modern fixtures and plenty of towels. air conditioning worked efficiently keeping the room cool even during the hottest parts of the day.

the hotel is within walking distance of the main square and the medina. i found the quiet lane provided a nothing noisy away from the bustling city streets. the staff assisted us anytime we needed directions or transport.

Great Stay, Perfect Service and Design!

kind staff clean room delicious breakfast interior design

The staff was kind. They were also cute. If I needed something, they made it happen. The rooms were very comfy and tidy. I loved the attention to detail and quality of the interior design. Breakfast was delicious and served in the courtyard. I thought dinner at the restaurant la salama was also highly recommended.

The pool downstairs was in the cool and shadow and could not be used. The pool upstairs did not have any shade.

The beautiful double room had spacious bathrooms. They also had very comfortable big beds. The rooftop offered plenty of space. One can relax there after a day exploring the city.

Really good Service and Beautiful Riad

convenient hotspot beautiful riad amazing breakfast

The riad is located a short walk from shops and cafes. The riad itself is beautiful, and I felt safe. The staff provided a smartphone with contact numbers for the hotel to use as a personal hotspot (very convenient). Breakfast was amazing, and I enjoyed sitting on the terrace.

The riad includes a rooftop area with permanent spritzers and comfortable seating. Rooms include bathrobes and a hairdryer (a very useful addition). The overall style is modern and sleek, reminiscent of a nice hotel in Ibiza.

The staff gave advice on restaurants and tours. They helped with dinner bookings, took photos , and assisted with luggage. Staff remembered coffee orders and arranged transportation (all greatly appreciated).

the breakfast area was pleasant, the food and drink met expectations.

Loud music played in the evenings. I had to ask staff repeatedly to lower the volume. the pricing for laundry was also excessive, exceeding what i'd pay in london. this felt less like a guest service and more like exploitation.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

poor insulation dim lighting

The noise really impacted my stay. I could hear other guests and staff talking late into the night. Praying started early and I could hear it clearly through the walls. The lack of proper sound insulation was definitely an issue for me. I also found the lighting in the room to be quite dim. This made it hard to get ready in the mornings.

helpful staff rooftop breakfast poor sound insulation lack of shade

the staff was very helpful with directions. i also appreciated the breakfast being served on the rooftop. it provided a unique experience to start the day.

The room lacked sound insulation, a problem. i could hear other guests and outside noise easily. It wasn't ideal. the pool lacked any shaded areas. it was hard to relax there during the hottest part of the day.
